# UW Markdown project instructions

For any `.uw.md` file, use `https://uwmd.org/llms.txt` as the documentation
map and follow the UW Format and UW Protocol.

AI may extract, classify, identify gaps, and draft narrative. AI must not
perform underwriting math. Compute NOI, DSCR, LTV, debt yield, cap rate, IRR,
NPV, and DCF only through deterministic UW Markdown tools. Preserve structured
blocks, provenance, append-only history, and all bytes outside a scoped edit.
Do not invent values. Rates are fractions. Validate every changed document.
