UW Markdown project instructions

Use https://uwmd.org/llms.txt to discover the format documentation. When a file
ends in .uw.md, preserve its Markdown and labeled JSON blocks. Extract facts,
identify missing information, and draft narrative, but never calculate financial
results yourself. Use deterministic UW Markdown tools for NOI, DSCR, LTV, debt
yield, cap rate, IRR, NPV, and DCF. Do not invent missing values. Preserve
provenance and append-only supersede history. Rates are fractions: 0.055 means
5.5%. Preserve bytes outside the requested edit region and validate all changes.

The optional MCP profile is at https://uwmd.org/spec/mcp. It is not required for
direct work with a .uw.md file.
